Ingredients:
Prawn, wheat flour, potato starch, pork lard, salt, flavour sugar
Cooking instructions:
Defrost in the fridge a night before cooking. Bring water to a rapid boil and steam the dumplings for 6-7 minutes. Leave the cover on for 1 further minute and serve.

Probably my favourite dish from these guys. Stuffed with large pieces of prawn meat, no flour fillers – delicious.

I find that anything with prawn tends to be expensive and/or lacking in prawn. These har gow are affordable and generous with their filling!
