Ingredients:
Beef mince, salt, flavoured sugar, sugar, sesame oil, mandarin peel, water chestnuts, pork, coriander, spring onion, fresh bean curd
Cooking instructions:
Thaw the beef mince in the fridge overnight. Mix the mince well (required after thawing) and then form into balls. Place the balls onto the bean curd and steam for 7 minutes.
