These are among the highest quality siu mai I’ve had, and I’ve tried my way across many (in restaurants, yum cha, and storebought).

There are lots of lackluster frozen products available for yum cha at home. I haven’t gone back to any of them but JTM’s dim sum are a staple in our house now. My whole family loves them!
