Pork, prawn, salt, sesame oil, Chinese dried mushroom, fish roe, flavour powder, sugar, pepper

Cooking instructions:
Bring water to a rapid boil and steam frozen siu mai for 6 minutes, or 4 minutes if thawed. Serve hot.

    There are lots of lackluster frozen products available for yum cha at home. I haven’t gone back to any of them but JTM’s dim sum are a staple in our house now. My whole family loves them!
