Cooking instructions:
Bring the water to a rapid boil the water in a pot. Add the zongzi, making sure there is enough water to cover the zongzi. Boil in the water for 15-20 min. The zongzi can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or 1 month in the freezer.
